| COMPANY PROFILE | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| THUTHUKANI Thuthukani was established as a result of a black empowerment initiative with a mining group and RWT. The factory has created employment for previously dis-advantaged individuals in a rural community. The factory is managed by RWT. RWT also supplies the factory with regular work ensuring the survival of the initiative and full time employment of the workers. F2 F2 was established as a result of a failed CMT operation. RWT embarked on another joint venture with the management and staff of this factory to ensure its survival. All of the over 40 people working at this facility come from previously disadvantaged communities. |

| SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY We are committed to forming sustainable projects that will benefit a whole community. RWTs committment to SHAP over the last 12 years is test-imony to this. Our vision is to uplift not only paraplegic communities but also previously disadvantaged communities. It can be seen by the development of F2 & Thuthukani that this vision is being realized. We continue to support SHAP as our chosen charity. THE PRODUCT Reflective High-visibility identi-fication clothing has become an essential safety feature in most industries and emergency services.The safety of the worker is now paramount. At RWT we will not only satisfy this need but improve on it by designing garments for your specific application. RWT use the best quality reflective and High-visibility materials. Our garments conform to international and South African Bureau of Standards specifications. We pride ourselves on quality and service. |
